Rudy is a native San Antonian and an alumni of UTSA. He has dedicated his 40 years in the insurance industry to serving our senior communities through out Texas. Committed to helping seniors and proud of our outstanding team!

Roxann has been helping seniors through the organization since 2009 and has been a licensed insurance agent for 10 years. A proud graduate from Incarnate Word High School, she continued her education and earned an associate degree in electrical engineering from San Antonio College. She was awarded Top Agency Producer for 2018, 2019, 2022, and 2023, Top UHC Producer for 2024, and Top Cigna Producer for 2023 and 2024. In her free time, Roxann enjoys spending her free time with her children, walking her dog, and traveling.

Christina is originally from Miami, FL came to Texas about 16 years ago. She is fluent in Spanish. Christina has been with San Antonio 65 since 2014. She was initially hired as the front desk receptionist but learned quickly and became a licensed agent! She is very patient and tries to understand every members situations in order to able to provide the best service she can to them. She enjoys her work and comes very easy and natural to her. Christina has three wonderful children and loves watching movies with them and especially loves fishing!

Melissa has been with San Antonio 65 since 2019 with her role as the Front Desk representative and within her first year was licensed and now specializes in Medicare with a passion to assist the Senior community. Melissa has expanded her territory to assist the senior community in her home town of Lubbock and now travels monthly to grow and expand the branch of Lubbock 65. She was born and raised in Lubbock, TX with roots in Conjunto music along with her parents and siblings. Although she did not learn to sing or play an instrument, she did learn to dance. She enjoys cycling, traveling and spending time with her family, her 4 children, son in law and 2 grandsons.

San Antonio 65 was her first job and has been working here since 2020. As a Member Outreach Specialist, she promotes positive relationships with our members to help provide them with the best care and customer service. Outside of work she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family along with pursuing multiple hobbies. Hobbies include jewelry making, painting, listening to music, and attending concerts. A priority of hers is her family which consists of her sister, 3 nephews, brother, and best friend. Kindness, honesty, and loyalty are her top values, which is what she implements at work. She stives to provide members with as much support as she can.

Native of San Antonio, brings a wealth of experience to her role as the Front Desk Receptionist at San Antonio 65. With over a decade-long background in customer service, Marlay holds a certificate as an Administrative Assistant and has received recent training in Bookkeeping, earning a certification in QuickBooks Online. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Marlay effortlessly navigates diverse communication needs.   Beyond her professional endeavors, she finds joys in crafting, exploring new destinations through travel, and cherishing quality time with her husband and two sons.
